Software

SRC-basic software is a tool for analysing and predicting how lithological and reservoir properties influence on seismic parameters such as P-velocity, S-velocity, density, P- and S-wave attenuation factors. It runs only on SUN Solaris systems. More information is provided in this presentation and in the User Guide (PDF-format).

Note that this software is no longer available. A similar tool, called VelRock, is available from NORSAR as commercial software.
