GBV-316 and 116 Seismic Recorder
The GBV-316 is a triaxial and the 116 a uniaxial seismic recorder. They combine the experience and expertise of GeoSIG together with Bergen University to offer an attractively priced, high performance instrument. These recorders allow the use of internal or external velocity sensors together with 2 Mbyte of data storage. They are fully compatible with SEISLOG and SEISAN software packages. Noise free, 16 Bit data can be transmitted whilst recording via modem or RS-232 interfaces. Also included is the option to use GPS for full time accuracy. The latest advanced technology has been utilised in order to improve the cost and performance ratio of these instruments beyond any other in the market.
