This directory contains data to run coda program in SEISAN.

The content of is:

collect.out: All parameter data (hypocenters, phases etc) for each event in Nordic 
             format as used by SEISAN. The files has references to the 
             waveform files used.

waveform.tar.gz: all waveform files.

s-files.tar.gz: same as collect.out in individual files, used when 
                running the codaq program.

STATION0.HYP: stations and model, all stations in data, not needed for codaq

resp.tar.gz : response files, not needed but could be used for other studies.

codaq.par: parameter file needed for codaq program.

codaq.inp: input list of events and componenets used by codaq program.

codaq.exe: codaq program for Windows.

codaq.channel: Q relation for each station
codaq.area   : CodaQ at the midpoint between station and event for each event, 
               station, channel and frequecy.
codaq.out    : details of the calculations.
qstat.stat   : stations giving Q-results.


Waveform files as referenced in the S-files. The format is SEISAN or MiniSeed. 
Formats can be converted to many other formats using SEISAN program wavetool. 
There are references to more waveform files than used in the 
study, but all waveform files used are there. 


To reproduce the results

The only program needed from the SEISAN system is codaq. It operates in both Windows and Linux.
The Windows version is included here, the Linux version must be 
downloaded from seisan.info and compiled.

In one directory:
 
-Uncompress the waveform.tar.gz
-Uncompress s-files.tar.gz
-Copy in codaq.par and codaq.inp
-Run codaq program with default input: codaq 0 codaq.par codaq.inp

Editing the codaq.par, it is possible to test with other parameters.
