This directory contains data to run coda program in SEISAN. All data is compressed The main directory CODAQ contains a subdirectory for each country as well as the software. The content of each subdirectory is: Collect.out: All parameter data (hypocenters, phases etc) for each event in Nordic format as used by SEISAN. The files has references to the waveform files used. S-files; same as collect.out in individual files, used when running the codaq program codaq.par: parameter file needed for codaq program codaq.inp: input list of events used by codaq program codaq.inp.region : input list of events used by codaq program for a particular region Various output files from the codaq analysis using one region, see SEISAN Waveform files as referenced in the S-files. The format is SEISAN or MiniSeed. Formats can be converted to many other formats using SEISAN program wavetool. There are references to more waveform files than used in the study, but all waveform files used are there. There may be more events than used in final results. Response files for most channels in case somebody wants to use the data set for other purposes. To reproduce the results The only program needed from the SEISAN system is codaq. It operates in both Windows and Linux. The version used here will be released in SEISAN version 10.5 so the latest codaq is include here. The compiled Windows program is codaq.exe and the source code is codaq.for. If testing in Linux, SEISAN must be downloaded and codaq recompiled. Howver, the online manual has been updated, see seisan.info. -Go to directory of data -Run codaq program with default input: codaq 0 codaq.par codaq.inp If the area is divided into several regions, to run for a particular region: codaq 0 codaq.par codaq.inp.region To run for the whole area: codaq 0 codaq.par codaq.inp.all The result will then be as shown in the paper. Editing the codaq.par, it is possible to test with other parameters. ?
