MeasurementsMeasured motor windings on 12-way connector: Counting from left (referring to picture below): Resistance between 1 (red) and 2 (red), to high-wattage resistor mounted separately near motor assembly: 472 ohm --- " --- 3 (black) and 4 (red): 193 ohm --- " --- 5 (black) and 6 (red): 193 ohm --- " --- 7 (black) and 8 (red) 193 ohm --- " --- 9 (black) and 10 (red): 193 ohm --- " --- 11 (black) and 12 (red): 192 ohm Measured from all 12 positions to chassis ground: OK, no leakage. Measured from each motor pair to the other pairs: OK, no leakage. CONCLUSION: Motors and wiring seems to be OK. The 12-way connector should be replaced - looks worn-out. Click to enlarge. |
